IF YOU WANT MAKE A SAMSUNG S3(i9300)BOOT CARD(LOOK HERE)
1)First Create Boot Card
2)Download teraterm-4.78
teraterm-4.78
3)Connect Spt Box Also Take One Micro Uart Cable
4)Open teraterm-4.78 (look the picture)
Go To Device Manager Check Spt Port Number
Open teraterm-4.78,Now New Window Apper.
Select Spt Serial Port (look the picture)
After Select The Serial Port Press Ok Button
Next Go To Setup Click Serial Port Option
Select Baud Rate 115200 Then Press Ok Button
Insert Boot Card To Phone
Connect Spt Via Uart Cable
Then Insert Battery Next Hold Power Button Wait For Minutes

open spt software use any version flash file.but remmber must use repartition option then flash it
are you used odin software must use mx pit file&repartition option

this casue not software bad EMMC
this phone cant repair with any jtag,must change the EMMC
