When the phone is switch off,press and hold the vulome down key + power key with your left hand.When the LED of the bottom of the phone light up realese the vulome down key + power key and press and hold the HOME key in 2sec.The phone will turn on and perform the factory reset immediatly.Do not operate the phone for a minute until the hardreset is carried out.You will the be able to switch the phone back on.
